Yes, once the project is delivered to you, we provide support for bug fixes with no additional charges for 90 days. After the free support period, you can always have the choice to go with paid maintenance and support based on the project’s need.
Who will own the proprietary rights of the project?
The project will be owned by the client. After completing the project and payments, all the project assets will be transferred to the client. This includes, project code, designs, documents, etc.
How long is the approval process for the app once it’s submitted?
The app approval process takes the maximum time of 1- 2 weeks but it also depends on the complexity of the app. Apple makes its effort to finish the review within a week. In case your app is rejected, we will resolve the issues that apple provides and ask them to review the newer version.
On the other hand, the Google Play store does not a lot of time for the review process of the app.
Do I need to test my application?
Yes, you can test the app anytime and provide us with feedback.
What about online app builder?
There is a number of online app builder, which provides extremely limited functionality and may be viable in some cases where the requirements/functionality is very limited.
Native development will support any requirement and allow you to go very deep with customisation whereas the online app builder will limit you to very basic functionality. We always encourage to choose native development as that is the best pathway to app development.
Can I make changes to my app after it's been launched?
